About Parma Autoworks
Located at 5867 Ridge Rd, Cleveland, OH 44129, Parma Autoworks operates as an auto repair shop serving Cleveland in Ohio. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Cleveland, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Ohio vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.
The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 7:30 amβ5:30 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (440) 842-3434. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 116 reviews, which is a strong result for an auto repair shop in Cleveland and suggests consistent service.

If you are looking for an HONEST garage that will do the work correctly and fast, this is the place! I was quoted an astronomical price for a job on my 2007 Pontiac Solstice and Parma did it for HALF the price! These guys are legit! Youβll never have to worry about being scammed at other shops again.

Called to see if this business could replace a wheel bearing. Talked to Brandon and he said they do! I explained what I was hearing and he let me know I was probably right due to the noise disappearing when I turned the wheel. I brought it in the next day at 1pm and it was ready by 9am the day after!! Very impressed with the work and efficiency of this auto shop. Brandon is very friendly and answers any questions you may have and even explained where the part was that needed replacing. Very happy and lucky nothing else was going on since I had let the noise go on for 2 months. They also offered a free tire rotation since my stronger wheels weren't in the right place. I have a 2014 Toyota corolla and my total cost was $417 which is the most reasonable price I found and on the lower end of the average cost to replace a bearing. They also let me know the wheel bearing opposite to the new one is starting to get some wear but I should be okay until it starts getting as noisy as the other one. This was a great experience because I did not feel pressured to get a replacement right then, but to also know that my car was safe. He clarified that it is making noise, but not loose like the o

Highly recommend! The team was incredibly kind, and the Rogers attention to detail really stood out. They fixed an issue another shop couldnβt, and I finally feel like I have a mechanic I can trust.

As a subaru owner I'm extremely picky when it comes to mechanics and service, and I will say without a doubt this was hands down the best experience I've ever had with an auto mechanic shop. The customer service, quality of service, fast turn around time, and straight forward no nonsense way of handling things can't be beat, and EXTREMELY fair pricing. HIGHLY recommend bringing your vehicle here, they will take care of you.

I reached out to Cody at Parma Autoworks from out of state (I live in Pennsylvania) because I needed a local mechanic in Ohio to check out a used car I was seriously considering purchasing. Even though I never ended up bringing the car in, it was because of Cody's incredible honesty and insight during our phone call that I ultimately canceled the appointmentβand the sale. He listened to everything I shared about the car and the used car dealer, and he didn't hesitate to give me his honest opinion. He pointed out some red flags I hadnβt even considered, and his advice likely saved me from making a really bad financial decision. Cody is clearly incredibly knowledgeable, and just from that brief interaction, I could tell he genuinely cares about peopleβnot just about getting business. If I lived in the area, he would 100% be my go-to mechanic. Highly, highly recommend him and Parma Autoworks!
